ITS has re-designed the IT Status page.
The purpose of the IT Status page is to communicate the condition of systems and services to our UConn community. We have received feedback that suggested this page was less useful than we had intended. In an effort to increase efficiency and efficacy, we changed the layout to highlight the status of key system categories and automated the content. Customers will be able to easily locate the most pertinent, up-to-date information.
This change is part of ITS’s larger effort to communicate effectively by giving our community accurate and timely information. The new page went live on April 30th: http://itstatus.uconn.edu/.
