A year ago, ITS published the final version of our 2014 – 2018 Strategic Plan, a culmination of a collaborative development and review process. In this plan, we outlined high-level goals that clarified ITS’s position within the University and established how we would support the institutional mission.  The plan was drafted with the expectation that pursuing and implementing numerous, well-aligned initiatives would collectively advance each of our goals.  Our progress report is available at http://itstrategy.uconn.edu/.
